Yes, we allow up to 6 make-up lessons per year. If you need to cancel a lesson, simply call or email us before the start of your lesson.
Yes, however, semi-private lessons are for children that are water safe and can swim independently. We will make this decision with your instructor on a case-by-case basis.
If you cancel your plan prior to the end of your billing period, a pro-rated credit will be added to your account for any unused time on the plan. You can use this credit to make future plan purchases
Changing fixed classes is always free, we will be happy to adjust the schedule for you. We can also help you with this over the phone or via email.
We start learning children at the age of 6 months. Many of our students are also adults.
